Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior Director-level Customer Area Compliance Lead to oversee global compliance across Molecular Lab Customer Area and Portfolio & Project Management within Roche Diagnostics Solutions. You will shape governance, mitigate risks, and act as the primary compliance authority reporting to DIA RDS Compliance Lead, with a focus on US sites.

You will partner with global compliance networks, drive improvement of the Compliance Management Program, and mentor teams while building a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 10+ years relevant work experience with knowledge of life sciences industry and regulatory environment, ideally with international and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance strategy for designated business units.
• Define the compliance roadmap through cross-functional collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Drive strategy implementation and build organizational skills to realise Diagnostics Vision.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Diagnostics compliance community and initiatives.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for employees and ensure training on policies and reporting.
