Job summary

Roche Holding AG seeks a Senior Compliance Expert to design, architect, and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and key US Diagnostics sites. You will lead high-impact initiatives, foster integrity, and enable program maturity while ensuring regulatory obligations are met across regions.

Reporting to the DIA Customer Area Compliance Lead, you will partner with regional leads and second-line functions to standardize practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of related experience or 12-15 years total.
• Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master’s) in Law, Finance, or Business, with 7+ years in Compliance.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations with international experience.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Implement global, divisional, and RDS compliance initiatives.
• Framework & Assurance: Design and maintain a robust compliance framework.
• Audit & Risk Mitigation: Lead the risk-based annual audit and monitoring plan.
• Training & Communication: Develop, deliver, and communicate compliance curricula and risk awareness programs.
• Core Compliance Oversight: Support investigations, policy maintenance, HCP/HCO engagements, FMV, and transparency reporting.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present regular strategic updates to senior leadership.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Identify and leverage data insights to guide compliance strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads to integrate compliance across projects.
• OneRoche Standardization: Align with Group and Divisional Compliance to streamline processes.
• Network Agility: Foster a modern, agile mindset within the Diagnostics Compliance Network.
