Design and implement the compliance strategy for the designated business units in alignment with priorities.
Define the compliance roadmap across units with cross-functional collaboration.
Drive strategy implementation and build organizational skills to realize Diagnostics Vision.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Diagnostics compliance community.
Provide proactive compliance advice to support risk management and governance.
