Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior Compliance Expert to design and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and key US sites. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensure regulatory adherence, and report to the DIA Compliance Lead.

You will collaborate with Diagnostics Compliance Network and regional teams to deliver training, audits, and communications, supporting growth with integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of related experience OR 12–15 years of related experience.
Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or Master’s) in Law, Finance, or Business, with 7+ years in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Legal within healthcare, diagnostics, or medtech.

Responsibilities

Design, architect, and drive the global compliance and business sustainability framework for Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) and key US Diagnostics sites.
Lead high-impact compliance initiatives, enable program maturity, and optimize resource allocation to support sustainable business growth.
Audit, risk mitigation, training, and transparency reporting across the organization.
