Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for its cryogenic pumps and systems business. The role reports to the President of the Nikkiso Cryogenic Pumps Functional Unit and focuses on driving operational excellence, safety, budget adherence, and strategic execution across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong people management, and a track record of delivering on cost and delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing management experience; rotating equipment manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to meet targets.
Optimize manpower, materials, and machines to achieve goals.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
Promote safety and maintain high customer satisfaction through quality and delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
