Job summary

Nikkiso CE&IG in North Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Manager of Operations to oversee manufacturing, drive efficiency, and deliver high-quality cryogenic pump products on time and within budget. You will lead a multi-site team, implement process improvements, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales to meet stringent customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or related field.
10+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in the rotating equipment industry.
Experience in cryogenic industry and pump manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of manufacturing operations.
Ensure manufacturing operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Develop and manage the annual manufacturing budget and control expenses.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase margins.
Lead and mentor a large team of manufacturing professionals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales to meet customer requirements.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and outsourced partners.
Establish consistent processes and best practices across sites.
