Qualifications

• 8+ years of controls, audit, accounting, or finance experience
• CPA or equivalent professional designation required
• Demonstrated experience managing multinational teams and multiple accounting environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day general ledger accounting across a geographically distributed team with consistent accounting policies and controls
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes across entities and jurisdictions
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and cash management with timely support and close calendars
• Provide leadership and development for a multinational team through coaching and performance reviews
• Oversee affiliated entity accounting results for accuracy across the organizational structure
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analyses with clear variances, drivers, and trends to senior stakeholders
• Partner with FP&A to align statutory and management reporting and narratives
• Collaborate with Tax to support tax provision and forecast processes
• Govern LEGAL and management reporting ledgers, coordinate system updates and process improvements
• Coordinate with auditors, tax professionals, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance
