Job summary

The role collaborates with asset management, operations, and other accountants to prepare financial reports and statements for clients and senior management.

Responsibilities include GAAP work papers, investor reporting, cash flow monitoring, and capital calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GAAP accounting experience.
• Experience with fund accounting and reporting, including GAAP financial statements and performance calculations.
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares timely and accurate GAAP work papers and supporting schedules for fund products and separately managed accounts.
• Prepares investor reporting, including financial statements and capital statements.
• Monitors product budgets, accruals, and payments; monitors cash flows and capital needs.
• Calculates performance returns and fees payable.
• Supports annual audits and interacts with auditors as needed.
• Collaborates with fund administrators and custodians to support accounting and reporting requirements.
• Mentors junior Investment Accountants on advanced issues.
