Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Certifications in logistics/SCM highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall transportation strategy aligned with GXO’s objectives.
• Lead transportation operations including fleet, brokerage, carrier management, network optimization, and TMS.
• Deliver financial performance through revenue growth, cost optimization and productivity improvements.
• Manage significant transportation revenue, operating budgets, customer portfolios, and profitability outcomes.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and partner on innovative transportation solutions.
