Job summary

Climb Bio is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Clinical Drug Supply to establish clinical supply as a function. The role reports to the SVP of Technical Operations and oversees forecasting standards, partner networks, and supply strategy from Phase 3 readiness through BLA submission.

Responsibilities include forecasting models, inventory and expiry standards, supplier oversight, and collaboration with Clinical Operations on study startup, site activation, and enrollment-driven resupply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or supply chain discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in clinical supply chain for Associate Director; 10+ for Director, with Phase 3 program responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own clinical drug supply across the portfolio, including forecasting, packaging, distribution, resupply and study close-out.
• Lead selection and onboarding of Phase 3 label, packaging, distribution partner and IRT system.
