Tempus AI is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Marketing for the Germline Portfolio. You will shape strategic direction, brand development and commercial success of hereditary cancer testing, aligning market narratives with clinical insights and regulatory requirements.

10+ years of direct marketing experience in healthcare or life sciences.
Experience in senior leadership roles focused on oncology or germline genetics.
Strong understanding of NGS workflows and cancer genomics.

Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial roadmap for the germline portfolio.
Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with Sales and L&D to enable field teams with aligned messaging.
