Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of downstream product marketing experience in healthcare, clinical diagnostics, or life sciences.
• Baseline understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) or hereditary cancer testing concepts.

Aufgaben

• Execute downstream GTM campaigns across multiple channels to drive clinical adoption of hereditary screening tools and germline workflows.
• Create collateral like HCP sell sheets, pitch decks, white papers, and patient education guides.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize clinician portals and patient experience.
• Equip the sales team with high-impact sales aids and competitive differentiation materials.
• Coordinate training with Learning & Development on product positioning and clinical narratives.
• Gather field insights from regional reps and MSLs to refine messaging.
• Work with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Genetic Counseling to ensure messaging is scientifically validated.
• Direct promotional assets through regulatory and legal reviews (CLIA/CAP/FDA).
• Oversee conference booth strategy and promotional collateral for oncology/genetics meetings (ACMG, NSGC, ASCO).
• Support KOL engagement and educational webinars.
