Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required; MBA/MS in Genetic Counseling/PhD preferred to bridge science and business strategy.
• 10+ years of direct marketing experience in healthcare or life sciences; 5+ years in senior leadership focused on oncology or diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows and hereditary cancer testing.
• Practical familiarity with AI-driven workflows to enhance customer experience and marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial roadmap for the germline portfolio, focusing on hereditary cancer and rare disease testing at the point-of-care.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies; lead physician marketing, patient advocacy engagement, and digital clinician portals.
• Partner with Sales and L&D to provide high-impact materials and messaging for clinical adoption.
• Bridge R&D, Medical Affairs, and Laboratory Operations to keep marketing scientifically accurate and compliant with FDA/CLIA/CAP.
