Job summary

Tempus in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Manager - Germline to lead downstream campaigns for hereditary cancer testing and expanded germline genetics. You will translate complex genomics into clinician and patient materials, and work with Sales, Medical Affairs, Product, and L&D.

Qualifications

• Downstream marketing and collateral development experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Ability to simplify complex genomic data into clear clinical narratives
• Experience launching multi-channel GTM campaigns and sales enablement assets

Responsibilities

• Execute downstream GTM campaigns to drive clinical adoption of hereditary screening tools.
• Create HCP sell sheets, decks, white papers, patient education guides, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize clinician portals and patient engagement.
• Equip the commercial team with compelling sales aids and messaging.
• Coordinate with L&D to train sales reps on product positioning and clinical narratives.
• Gather field insights with regional sales reps and medical science liaisons to refine messaging.
• Ensure messaging is scientifically validated through R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory reviews.
