Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh Division of Geriatric Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA, invites applications for an Associate Chief of Clinical Affairs. Lead a multi-setting clinical enterprise across inpatient and outpatient geriatrics, and post-acute partnerships within the UPMC network.

You will champion the GUIDE Model, oversee HELP, and partner with the Division Chief to grow the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship, focusing on quality, safety, and value-based care for one of the nation’s largest older

Qualifications

• MD required and Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine.
• Proven leadership and clinical excellence with focus on patient-centered care.
• Experience in program development, quality improvement and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate clinical operations across inpatient and outpatient geriatric services and post-acute care partnerships.
• Oversee GUIDE Model and HELP program implementations to improve dementia care and delirium prevention.
• Mentor the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship and collaborate with the Division Chief.
• Drive quality, safety and value-based care across sites with measurable outcomes.
• Build interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient- and family-centered care.
