Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in AI/ML, data science, or distributed systems
• 8+ years leading ML/AI engineering teams in platform environments
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade AI systems
• Experience partnering with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End GenAI and ML System Delivery in CRM and workflows
• Architect model training and fine‑tuning pipelines (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Hugging Face)
• Build real‑time/batch inference, embedding pipelines, vector DB integrations
• Establish CI/CD, experimentation, evaluation, observability best practices
• Design agentic AI systems with multi‑step reasoning and tooling
• Collaborate with Sales/GO‑to‑Market to embed AI in deals and engagements
