Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, G&A Technology to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms underpinning Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR functions, including NetSuite, Workday, Zip, and Ironclad.

Reporting to the SVP, Enterprise Technology, you will translate executive priorities into a scalable roadmap, partner with CFO/Legal/People leadership, and establish a governance model that balances speed with controls.

Qualifications

15+ years leading enterprise application portfolios across Finance, HR, Legal or Procurement in fast-growing SaaS/public software.
Deep hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, Zip, Ironclad and integration tools like Workato or MuleSoft.
A track record building and operationalizing SOX IT general controls within a real SDLC.

Responsibilities

Set platform strategy and architecture for core G&A systems including Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR.
Partner with Finance, Legal and HR leadership to align technology roadmap with business needs.
Establish governance that scales and maintains efficient intake, SLAs, and decision gates.
Own SOX controls end-to-end and coordinate with audit/compliance teams.
Clarify roles between business analysts and technical teams to ensure accountability.
