Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Enterprise Applications Architect to lead the corporate back-office modernization, aligning Finance, HR and Legal with an integrated, automated data flow across GTM systems.

You will architect cross-platform integrations (Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Xactly, Ironclad), build reusable services with iPaaS tools like Workato, and drive AI-enabled process automation to accelerate business velocity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technical experience in enterprise applications engineering.
• Experience integrating core back-office systems (e.g., Workday, NetSuite) and extending finance, procurement, and legal platforms.
• Hands-on architecture and engineering across enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS (e.g., Workato).
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGCs and SoD, with automated controls in design and pipelines.
• Experience applying AI within business applications and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Back Office for core back-office ecosystem across Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Build robust, reusable integrations using Workato or similar tools to connect boundary systems.
• Lead AI transformation by deploying AI/LLM connectors and workflow automation.
• Translate business capabilities into technical requirements and end-to-end system designs.
• Drive Simplification of end-to-end data lifecycle and streamline cross-system data flows.
• Mentor analysts and engineers, upholding clean architecture and best practices.
