Job summary

The YMCA of Greater New York seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Reporting to support the Vice President – Finance/CAO. This full-time role leads budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and pro-forma reporting, with oversight of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and related systems.

Based in the Association Office in Manhattan, you will partner across branches to deliver actionable insights, build financial models, and guide strategic planning for the Y’s mission-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in analytics/financial analysis/accounting.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create reports with Excel or similar tools.
• Develop financial projections and proforma budgets.
• Lead budgeting process under CAO guidance and manage timelines.
• Implement Workday Adaptive Planning and related reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with branches to ensure needs are met.
