Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance or business.
• CPA, MBA or MPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 3 years as CFO, controller or director of finance.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial strategy, annual budget and long-range plan.
• Manages cash flow, reserves, treasury and debt; oversees audit and regulatory compliance.
• Leads finance team handling monthly close, AP, billing, grants and child care subsidy accounting.
