Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Director of Operational Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Advanced Alloys & Solutions (AA&S) to lead strategic finance across the segment. The role partners with plant operations and business leaders to improve financial performance and governance.

This is a high-visibility position focused on forecasting, planning, and capital investments. The successful candidate will drive profitability improvements, standardize processes, and influence executive decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; MBA preferred.
10+ years progressive FP&A, operational finance, and strategic finance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A across the AA&S segment, overseeing forecasting, annual and long-range planning, capital investments, working capital optimization, and profitability initiatives.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Standardize financial processes and reporting, driving improvements across the finance organization.
Partner with manufacturing operations, commercial teams, supply chain, and finance leadership to drive performance.
Prepare and deliver presentations for business leaders and executive teams.
