Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead budgeting, planning and reporting for the account, and to ensure optimal resource utilization and service quality across sites. A BS degree and 5 years of foodservice management are preferred; knowledge of P&L and contract-managed service is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation
• Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies
