Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Controller (Foods Division) in Pittsburgh to oversee the financial reporting process, GL governance, journal entries, and disclosures for SEC reporting to the parent company.

The role also directs AP/AR for the Foods Division and leads internal controls, cost management, and KPI development in a multinational food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Active CPA license is required or pursuing licensure.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger governance, and disclosures for the Foods Division.
• Direct accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the Foods Division.
• Liaise with auditors (SOX, internal, external) and support SEC filings.
• Collaborate with VP of Finance on analyses for new products, acquisitions, and international expansion.
• Establish department KPIs and drive cost management and internal controls.
