Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a senior accounting professional to lead financial planning, reporting, and control across manufacturing and distribution operations.

You will oversee plant accounting activities, enforce internal controls, and guide strategic decisions with accurate financial data. Responsibilities include coordinating annual budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditure reviews; ensuring SOX compliance; and mentoring finance staff while partnering with Supply Chain and IT for

Qualifications

• Direct and control manufacturing, warehousing, inventory and financial records across operations.
• Provide leadership and development to finance staff and ensure internal controls and reporting align with policy.
• Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and control of annual operating plans and forecasts.
• Monitor and report on cost variances, capital expenditures and balance sheet accounts.
• Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close in compliance with SOX guidelines.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Ops to analyze costs and productivity.
• Provide accounting support to Plant Manager and ensure product safety and quality control.
• Supervise and develop administrative staff and manage salary, hiring and performance.
