Applegreen seeks an accomplished operations leader to manage multi-unit foodservice brands across multiple states. You will own relationships with franchisors and brand partners, driving standards, audits, and growth initiatives.

You’ll partner with senior Operations leaders to elevate performance, develop talent, and deliver superior traveler experiences while embracing change in a fast-growing organization. Hybrid role based in Glen Rock, NJ with remote days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership in multi-unit, multi-state QSR environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with franchisors and restaurant brand partners.
• Lead executive liaison activities for all food brand stakeholders.
• Negotiate commitments, standards, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards, audits, and compliance are met.
• Lead conversations on new concepts, remodels, and promotions.
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve restaurant performance.
• Build systems for consistency across locations.
• Develop performance benchmarks and accountability measures.
• Drive corrective actions for underperforming brands/locations.
• Foster talent development and succession planning.
• Champion guest-first culture and digital engagement improvements.
