Job summary

Mission North, a strategic communications agency, seeks a high-impact Senior Director to lead a portfolio in our Financial Services Practice, including AI-driven finance, investment, payments, crypto, and real estate tech. You will act as a strategic counselor to c-suite executives and drive breakthrough media relations and narrative strategies.

Day-to-day you will own client retention, set revenue goals, guide blended programs across earned media, content and digital, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of PR agency or in-house experience with emerging tech, fintech or financial services brands.

Responsibilities

• Own client retention, product/service evolution, account performance, and portfolio growth.
• Drive high-level media strategy while remaining hands-on with pitch execution and key press outreach.
• Serve as an authoritative strategic partner to client executives and guide their brand to reach full potential.
• Set and plan against revenue goals, talent development, agency marketing, lead generation and new business for the Financial Services practice.
