Job summary

Mission North, Inc. is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial leader to drive growth for its Financial Services practice in fintech and financial services.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, shaping strategy, thought leadership, and client engagements. You will generate pipeline independently, lead pitches end-to-end, and mentor a team of professionals while collaborating with the SVP to set goals and staffing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior communications experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business independently.
• Strong track record publishing and speaking on fintech industry issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the practice’s revenue growth and build a strong pipeline.
• Lead pitches from brief to contract with minimal executive support.
• Advise CMOs, CCOs, and CEOs through high-stakes situations.
• Develop thought leadership platforms and client programs.
