Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead Data & Analytics for Financial Services Digital.

You will own data modernization and AI-readiness across banking, capital markets, insurance, and wealth clients, shaping data strategy and managing large-scale analytics engagements. You will drive origination, pipeline, and revenue, while building partner relationships with hyperscalers and FS vendors, embedding data/AI-readiness across capability teams, and delivering market-facing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data & analytics, digital, or consulting; or 10+ years FS industry experience including banking, capital markets, insurance, asset and wealth management, payments, fintech.
• Proven P&L ownership or revenue origination and growth as a client-facing leader.
• Strong fluency in modern data platforms, data governance and MDM, regulatory data (BCBS 239), and AI/ML including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and own FS data strategy offering: data platform modernization, governance, MDM, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Architect and deliver data platforms supporting AML, KYC, fraud, and regulatory reporting across FS tech.
• Lead cross-capability data initiatives and drive demand through advisory and alliance channels.
