Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting, healthcare finance, decision support, analytics, or performance-improvement experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives and complex engagements.
• Willingness to travel weekly up to 80% and ability to operate near major airports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an executive advisor to healthcare CFOs and finance leaders.
• Lead assessments of finance, decision support, analytics, reporting, profitability, and performance management.
• Develop enterprise performance-improvement roadmaps aligned with strategy and financial goals.
• Facilitate executive workshops and present findings to senior leadership and boards.
• Lead margin improvement, cost reduction, service-line profitability, and planning initiatives.
• Design governance models, KPI definitions, and reporting frameworks.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for clients.
