Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Assessments team in the United States. You will support current-state analysis, map value streams, size gaps, and translate client needs into strategy roadmaps for executive committees to approve.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards in Power BI, conducting stakeholder interviews, and building ROI analyses for data modernization initiatives; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or financial analysis.
• 1+ years of experience using BI & Visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL programming.
• 1+ years of experience working with data sources such as Databases, Data Lakes or Cloud Applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science/Management or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and/or software implementation process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers.
• Strong client management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (project dependent).

Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, synthesizing documentation, developing value stream maps, drafting future state process designs.
• Synthesizing client stakeholder interviews, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Developing recommendations, building business cases, defining ROI for proposed data management modernization initiatives.
• Developing executive summaries in PowerPoint & Word.
• Analyzing client documentation in Excel.
• Development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations as needed in Power BI.
