The role partners with the FinOps CoE Senior Manager and Operations Business Partners to drive financial insights and decisions, while guiding and developing Finance Operations Analysts as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 2-5 years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Base salary range of $75,000-$100,000 plus annual incentive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the FinOps CoE Senior Manager and Operations Business Partners to drive financial insights and decisions.
• Guide and develop Finance Operations Analysts as a subject matter expert.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial integrity reviews.
• Own Digital Operations reporting cadence and sales analytics.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
