Qcells North America is seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Pricing will drive growth and profitability of these financial products within the dealer network, including entry into new homes and prepaid product development.

This role requires independent thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and strong presentation skills. The position is based out of multiple CA/NJ offices with in-office scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in corporate strategy, operation, or corporate development role.
• Previous experience with lease pricing and tax equity structures.
• Previous experience managing people.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
• Experience and proficiency in creating high‑quality presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Ability to collaborate and work across multi‑departments and business entities.
• Able to structure and present complex business matters effectively.
• Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player.
• Strong, self‑motivated team player.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
• Willingness to travel, up to 20% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Pricing & Profitability: Lead our lease pricing group and liaise between capital markets and the business.
• Strategy / Product Creation: Create new financial products, develop prepaid offers and prepaid+loan combinations, and enter new sectors.
• New Market Entry: Lead pricing, licensing, contract development for new markets and sectors such as channels and new homes.
• This role will involve managing a team.
