Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks an experienced Manager of Pricing Development & New Products to drive pricing strategy for residential solar financing. The role centers on competitive pricing, product innovation, and capital-market alignment, with travel up to 20% and offices in CA states or Teaneck, NJ.

You will lead pricing for new TPO products, manage dealer programs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale growth and industry-leading margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related quantitative field; 8+ years in financial analysis, pricing, or product development; 3+ years in hands-on analytical role; 3+ years people management; at least 1 year in residential solar financing (lease, loan, or PPA).
• Strong financial modeling skills; ability to build and communicate complex pricing/analytical models clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present pricing and product concepts to executives, dealers, and capital partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Self-motivated team player; manage multiple projects under deadline in a fast-growing environment.

Responsabilités

• Pricing Development: lead pricing of new TPO products and promotions, including prepaid lease/PPA structures and New Homes financing.
• Competitive intelligence & market positioning across states and channels to inform pricing strategy.
• Manage installer & dealer programs; design incentive structures to grow volume and relationships.
• Lead pricing and bidding strategy for New Homes; collaborate with BD and Sales on new market segments.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and business for pricing inputs; participate in S&OP processes.
• Support testing and validation of new pricing tools and platform features; ensure high-quality deployment.
• Manage a small team within Pricing Development.
