Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Pricing Development & New Products to drive pricing strategy and product innovation for residential solar financing.

You will lead pricing for new TPO products, work across capital markets, BD, and Sales, and build dealer relationships to scale growth in 2026 and beyond. The role requires 8+ years in financial analysis/pricing, strong modeling, and leadership experience, with travel up to 20% and a base in California or Teaneck, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or product development.
• Strong financial modeling skills; ability to build and communicate pricing/analytical models clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present pricing/product concepts to executives, dealers, and capital partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, price setting, and launch of new TPO products and pricing promotions for Qcells batteries and other hardware.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market positioning to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design dealer-aligned incentive structures to support volume growth and partnerships.
• Lead pricing and bidding strategy for the New Homes channel and assess entry into new market segments.
• Serve as liaison between Capital Markets and business for pricing inputs; participate in S&OP processes.
