Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking an experienced executive to lead the TPO and loan products business lines at EnFin. The Sr Director, Financial Products & Pricing will drive growth and profitability across the Qcells dealer network, including new prepaid products and prepaid/loan combinations.

The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with EnFin on POS financing, capital raising and servicing, and with Axia on sales, portfolio management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Pricing & Profitability: Lead our lease pricing group; Liaison between capital markets and the business.
• Strategy / Product Creation: Create new financial products; Develop and launch prepaid offers and loans.
• New Market Entry: Lead new market entry, pricing, licensing, and contract development; enter new sectors.
• This role will involve managing a team.
