Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager within Global Supplier Services – Financial Applications to drive end-to-end product development and market delivery. You will voice customer needs, shape strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable financial applications.

You will lead discovery, maintain the product backlog, and define metrics to track success, while integrating automation and SAP-based solutions to optimize operations and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering concepts.
• Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from discovery to value realization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into product decisions.
• Experience building and managing a product backlog in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and levels.
• Experience implementing automation and AI solutions in financial applications or operations.
• Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting modules and integration points.

Responsibilities
