Job summary

Husqvarna Group in North America seeks a Senior Director of Finance to drive financial strategy, performance, and decision-making for the Gardena NA unit. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Broad financial experience across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods is highly desirable.
• Hands-on ERP/SAP implementations including system rollout and process redesign.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA Gardena financial reporting and follow-up.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the region; provide analysis to senior management.
• Serve as strategic partner to BU President and finance/business areas.
• Consolidate financial and operating metrics; identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to execute transformation strategy and drive profitable growth.
• Drive standardization and process improvements in FP&A and reporting.
• Ensure compliance and robust internal controls; manage risk.
• Lead 3+ direct reports and ~20 finance professionals.
• Develop talent, focus on diversity, retention, and recruiting.
