Job summary
Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc. — Forest & Garden North America seeks a Vice President of Finance to drive financial strategy, performance, and decision-making.
You will partner with senior leaders to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives across the region. You will lead a 50‑person finance organization, including 4+ direct reports, oversee budgeting/forecasting, reporting, risk management, and transformation efforts, while collaborating with global finance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex multinational
- Broad financial experience across functional areas such as product development, manufacturing, supply chain, sales
- Hands‑on experience with ERP implementations and process redesign
- CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee NA financial reporting and governance for the Forest & Garden unit
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts with strategic insights for senior management
- Partner with BU President and senior leaders to execute growth and transformation initiatives
- Consolidate metrics, identify risks/opportunities, and drive standardization of planning/reporting
- Manage a team of 4+ direct reports and an extended finance organization of ~50 professionals
