Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and executives.
• Experience in gaming or regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecast cycles, and multi-year long-range plan with clear bridges.
• Lead month-end close and variance analysis with driver terms rather than accounts.
• Build models linking deployment, hold metrics, revenue share, and costs to P&L.
• Provide board-ready reporting and executive analytics with rapid insight.
