Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead the internal finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and partner with the CEO and operations leadership to scale the business.

The role combines hands-on accounting with high-level financial strategy to improve profitability and cash flow. You will build a strong finance team, own monthly closes, reporting, and forecasting, and deliver executive-level dashboards and insights to guide growth.
