Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Finance for the Rare Disease division. This role partners with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams to drive strategic financial leadership, forecasting, and performance management across the portfolio.

The Senior Director will lead FP&A, model strategic scenarios, and guide investments, partnerships, and product lifecycle economics. Strong pharma/biotech finance background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical/biotech finance, rare disease, or specialty markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for Rare Disease division, including planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee financial performance, profitability, and KPI tracking for the portfolio.
• Partner with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams on investments and portfolio optimization.
• Provide financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk analysis for executive decisions.
• Manage monthly and quarterly business reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Lead pricing, gross-to-net analysis, and lifecycle financial planning.
• Support new product launches and lifecycle management with analytics.
