Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead scalable design and delivery across Workday HCM and at least two modules such as Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, or Talent and Performance, with mandatory reporting expertise.

You will drive hands-on configuration and architectural judgment, collaborating with HR, IT, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira, with remote US work and up to 15% travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience, including solution architecture or senior consulting responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree completed from a reputed university/institute.
• Mandatory experience in Workday Reporting and security, with hands-on configuration and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization across selected HCM functional areas.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, prompts, filters, and data validations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Workday Consultants, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout delivery lifecycle.
