Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead scalable solution design and delivery across Workday HCM and at least two other modules, with mandatory reporting expertise. The role requires hands-on configuration, architectural judgement, and Agile/Scrum practices using Jira.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with architecture/senior consulting responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and at least two modules (e.g., Recruiting, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent and Performance).
• Mandatory experience in Workday Reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization across selected HCM areas.
• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Design and optimize business processes, workflows, security, reviews, and production support.
