Job summary

Twin Health in New York is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to run day-to-day finance operations, manage investor and board relationships, and serve as the principal finance leader on liquidity events.

This high-visibility role reports to the VP of Finance and oversees multiple directors, guiding close processes and external communications.You will partner with the CFO on strategic financial decisions, capital markets positioning, and board-level communications while scaling the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including IPO or liquidity event leadership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial controls, and audit processes.
• Proven credibility with institutional investors, bankers, and board members.
• Healthcare or digital health industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and external-facing stakeholder management.
• Experience building Finance functions in high-growth tech/digital health.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial close process, controls, reporting rhythm, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead external Finance: investor relations, board reporting, and fundraising materials.
• Direct liquidity-event prep activities and coordinate with bankers, auditors, and investors.
• Manage Director-level reports across strategy, external-facing finance, and FP&A.
• Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions and capital-market positioning.
