Job summary

Twin Health in New York City is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead day-to-day financial operations, close processes, controls, and external reporting. You will partner with the CFO and investors to drive strategic finance initiatives and ensure board-ready materials.

This high-visibility role oversees liquidity-event planning, builds a scalable finance function, and supports growth in a rapidly expanding digital health company. Hybrid work is available in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience with IPO or liquidity event leadership.
• Credible with institutional investors, investment bankers, and board members.
• Strong people leadership in high-growth tech or digital health.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance function operationally: financial close, controls, reporting rhythm, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead external Finance: investor relations, board reporting, fundraising; maintain investor relationships.
• Own liquidity-event workstreams: coordinate preparation activities with external finance team, bankers, auditors and investors.
• Manage Director-level reports across strategy, external-facing finance, and FP&A; set direction and drive performance.
