Unity Search Group is seeking a Senior Director of Finance and Accounting to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for a PE-owned manufacturing company. The role reports to the CFO and partners with senior management to optimize earnings, cash flow and operational efficiency.

The candidate will supervise a small finance team, manage KPI dashboards, and guide cost reporting, budgeting and audits across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 10+ years of experience; PE or public accounting background ideal.
• Manufacturing experience with strong inventory and costing background.
• CPA highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and lead the finance team (2 direct reports) across controllership, inventory management, costing, FP&A, and overseas finance controllers.
• Identify and track KPI's; update dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with operations to evaluate costs, productivity, inventory and develop timely cost reporting and variance analyses.
• Advance report generation through AI and other tools to increase analysis time over data gathering.
• Manage ad hoc projects including margin analysis, inventory costing, and SG&A spend analysis.
• Review capital investment proposals, oversee capital budgets and analyses.
