Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operational leadership and complex program environments.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders, operate in ambiguity, and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Strong understanding of federal mission environments and enterprise strategy constructs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic analysis skills.
• US citizenship.
• Able to hold TS/Q level clearance

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory to the Business Area: Partner with business area leaders to develop, refine, and operationalize strategic priorities and multi-year plans.
• Growth & Business Area Expansion: Identify new growth pathways by analyzing mission demand signals, technology trends, and customer needs.
• Operational Excellence Enablement: Provide advisory support on improving delivery governance, risk awareness, performance management, and cross-program alignment.
• Enterprise Alignment & Strategic Integration: Connect business area priorities to enterprise initiatives, COEs, growth campaigns, and technology investments.
• Leadership Insight & Communication: Prepare executive-ready insights, strategy briefs, and recommendations for business area leaders.
