POSITON SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for leading the Facilities Finance & Contracts team and overseeing both in-house and external financial and support staff involved in planning, funding, and executing various agreements and financial planning and analytics. The role generates reports enabling budget monitoring and forecasting across the Facilities Division as well as developing the MTA Financial Plan for the Facilities Division. The incumbent is accountable for coordinating the delivery of goods and services, managing office renovatio n, facility support contracts, and administering external third ‑ party property management contracts. Additionally, this position establishes and manages the 2 Broadway operating budgets for NYCT and serves as the 2 Broadway Tenant Representative and MTA Liaison for daily tenant services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the Facilities Finance & Contracts team.
  • Oversee in ‑ house and external financial and support staff responsible for planning, funding, and executing various agreements and financial planning and analytics.
  • Generate reports that support budget monitoring and forecasting across the Facilities Division and contribute to developing the MTA Financial Plan for the division.
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods and services and administer office renovation projects, facility support contracts, and external third ‑ party property management contracts.
  • Establish and manage the 2 Broadway operating budgets for NYCT.
  • Serve as the 2 Broadway Tenant Representative and MTA Liaison for daily tenant services.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business Administration, or a similar field, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience. Eight (8) years of full- time related experience, including at least four ( 4 ) years in a managerial or supervisory role.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • In- d epth r eal e state practice knowledge and facilities support contracts experience .
  • Strong f inancial analytical skills .
  • Must be able to develop guidelines and procedures for facility related contracts and end user specifications .

Final salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
