Job summary

Catholic Charities Housing Services is seeking a Construction Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee facilities operations, capital projects, and asset preservation across a multi-site portfolio in the Yakima area. The role ensures on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and 10+ years in facilities or construction management, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering, architecture, business administration, real estate development, project management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Ten (10) years of progressive facilities or construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees facilities operations, asset preservation, and organizational support across portfolio.
• Manages major capital improvement, rehabilitation, and new construction projects from development through closeout.
• Develops budgets, capital plans, and lifecycle replacement schedules.
• Ensures compliance with building codes, fire codes, ADA, environmental, and OSHA requirements.
