Job summary

Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill in Michigan seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the organization’s F&B program, oversee multiple outlets, and own the strategic direction. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage the budget and pricing, and drive guest experience across seasonal and festival-driven operations.

This senior role requires a track record of scaling food operations, strong financial discipline, and a passion for hospitality excellence within a farm-and-agritourism

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-unit or multi-format F&B operations.
• Demonstrated track record in building and developing F&B teams.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience managing seasonal or variable volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and ownership of Blake's F&B program across sites.
• Lead and develop F&B leadership; build a high-performing team.
• Own annual F&B budget, pricing strategy, and margins.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
• Drive guest experience enhancements and program innovation.
